Hi Friend

Hello hello and HELLOOOOO! Welcome to the blog that is going to start planting seeds! Well first, let me introduce yourself. My name is:

Oluwadamilola (Oh Lew Wah Dom Me Low Laa) Oshodi. A mouthful, I feel you, but call me Dammy.

Im a 22 year old college student in the city of Miami, who aspires to be in medicine in the future. I’m a photographer, organizer, bible reader and cupcake eater. That honestly sums it all up.

The Inspiration

On this episode of the plannter, lets just introduce the idea of, what in east Jesus does she mean by the plannter? Seems kind of lame… Thats what I thought when the name was presented to me. However the meaning was so powerful. This blog is not here to condemn, to force or impose Christian belief, but here is to discuss the real for Christian faith. Here, I will discuss what I have learned from reading the word, what has been taught to me by the spirit of God (whatever message that may be) and just all around place where people can connect about their faith. In doing so, seeds of truth are being planted and watered, so that God can grow us into the God fearing, purpose having and loving people he so wants us to be. I am not a pastor by any means, If you feel some type of way about what I say, pray about it, and get your understanding from him.  I’m just here to share.

To Be Honest

I’ll be honest, I’ve been instructed in my spirit to do something like this, months ago. I mean, God downloaded in my mind the topics, the set up, all of it, but I.. was being disobedient. I look to other people online for inspiration on their walk, how did they get there? what steps did they take? But probably the first step, was actually being OBEDIENT to take the first step. Its something I’m working on because we know obedience is better than sacrifice and I don’t want to end up like the last servant in the talents parable (Matthew 25: 14-30) So I’m going to use this gift of words, no time to fall back asleep.

So here it is, The PLANNTER! (2 N’S because the regular spelled planter was taken) but God made us creative beings, so I will go with it.

Bye Friend!
