Hay Friend!

I believe the way you carry yourself will dictate how you feel about yourself. I share what changes I have been making in order to look and feel my best.

What I have been doing: 

  1. Trying on different silhouettes of clothing. I have a better understanding of what fits me and makes me feel comfortable and put together.
  2. Doing what I can do physically do- I like slower movements like pilates on Mondays it gives me the confidence that I can get moving for the week.
  3. Having a vision of how I want to exercise before I begin working out. Setting a goal of my target zones beforehand free’s my mind of all the confusion and mental gymnastics of WHAT to do.
  4. Encouraging myself during the workout and congratulating myself for working out! Speaking more kindly to my body and acknowledging what I have done. 
  5. Establishing an everyday look that makes me feel confident 
  6. Having key pieces in my closet that I am excited to wear and that fit me well!
  7. Stay consistent in whatever I want results in.
