Hay Friends!!

So I have decided to turn my photography meetup into a monthly “support” group. After speaking with a friend, I noticed there is a trend for recent grads and those entering their careers to feel stuck. We at times don’t know where to go, what to do and may feel defeated. We just want to see how all the pieces of our lives connect and if we made the right choices. Raise ya hand if you feel me on that!

I want to create a space where we can talk about all the feelings, trials, and joys that come with this transitional/ plannting period. We can allow ourselves to be vulnerable with others who understand. Basically, if you are a millennial who is trying to “figure” life out, then come through! My goal is that you will find beauty, the opportunity for growth, encouragement, purpose, strength, and support to flourish in this season. Also, I want to develop a safe haven for people, especially people of color to fellowship and grow in community.

I would love to connect over photography as well. So, if you are into photography and know what I’m saying above, come through! I aim to implement photography into the meetup after discussions to channel creativity and build a community.No photography experience is required. This is the goal, but let’s see how the first few go.

The Plannter is a Christian based platform that will talk about Jesus, however, anyone and everyone is welcome to join as long as a positive attitude is maintained.

This group will meet every 3rd Thursday of the month.
