Hay Friend!

Maybe you have said these statements: 

  • I feel like I have too much work so I don’t do anything 
  • I don’t know where to start 
  • I am struggling with what to do daily 
  • I am struggling with focus

Those 4 statements have literally come from my journal. And chile, I am cracking the code and I’m here to help! I’ve put myself on an experiment for the next 3 months and I’m sharing with you the results a month and a half in. I share with you the system I am currently doing in this season. What I share makes me feel more focused, pushes me to get things that I feel valuable accomplished and take care of myself. All in the pace of my current season.

Here are some points from this episode:

  • Clear your self of any deadline you think is “urgent” ask yourself the question, did I put this deadline on myself or was it a God thing? 
  • Put your plans in prayer and get more clarity on what you should keep doing and what you should drop (Is what you have planned to do in the right season for you to do?) 
  • Have some type of system in place to plan.
  • What items do I find valuable?  If I do these 1-3 things weekly, I feel accomplished. (80/20 rule) my goal is to grow one habit at a time. 
  • Commit to Consistency– in order to see results, you have to commit. 
  • Don’t neglect yourself- make your care a priority before you get to work
