For the past couple of weeks, I have been more stressed than usual. My schedule has gotten a little bit more intense, so I was having a hard time keeping up. However, on this podcast, I share with you 3 things that have been helping me stay on task and feel less stressed. I provide tools that I have been using that have changed the way I start my day and how I continue to make progress. If you are feeling overwhelmed, know that you don’t have to stay feeling that way.
